Space Skates is skater owned and operated by Marjolein. The goal of Space Skates is to provide rollerskaters with good advice about skates parts and accessories and quality skatepark rollerskates and recreational roller skates.

About Marjolein
Marjolein AKA Mayo has been skating all her life, like many Dutch people she started on ice skates. In 2010 she started roller skating with her local Roller Derby Team the Rockcity Rollers. In 2014 she started park skating as well.
Mayo was one of the owners of Turn Left Roller Derby Shop from the opening of the shop in 2012 until they closed in 2019. After 2 years she was missing that shop owner life and decide to start a new rollerskate shop. Space Skates came to life in April 2021.

Space Skates is an online rollerskate shop, a rollerskate blog and we do rollerskate workshops in collaboration with De Rolmaten. We're located in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.

Space Skates x Rolmaten
About Rolmaten
​
Rollerskate workshops and rollerskating classes are given by Yara and Marjolein aka the Rolmaten. We can teach you how to start rollerskating at the skatepark, basic skatepark tricks and more advanced tricks. We also organize skatepark events. Our classes take place in Eindhoven, or take us to your local skatepark! Besides skatepark workshops we also teach outdoor and street skating skills.
